  • Born and raised in Memphis, Charles founded 323 Woodwork in 2010 after many years in the carpentry profession. His natural attention to detail and problem-solving skills earned him the nickname “Quality Control” at the age of 14 while building fences and decks. He carries that legacy forward today by setting expectations for craftsmanship that go beyond industry standards, always recognizing that any ability he has is by the grace of God and for His glory.

Outside of cabinetry, Charles enjoys mountain biking, producing a podcast for his church, and quoting Nacho Libre. He and his wife are raising their five children on their property in Byhalia, MS.

  • John’s spirit of serving others has been evident in his work at 323 Woodwork since joining the team in 2020. This dedication to service ensures each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Because of his experience in many different fields, he approaches every challenge with a can-do attitude, ensuring that any issues encountered during a project are addressed promptly and effectively.

A graduate of Mid America Seminary, he also serves as a pastor at Park Avenue Church in Memphis. He and his wife, along with two sons, enjoy life on their property in Atoka, TN.

  • After retiring from a career in law enforcement, Steve brought his lifelong love of working with his hands to 323 Woodwork in 2022. This passion was instilled early in his life while working on projects alongside his father. With an extended family full of engineers and problem-solvers, Steve is naturally drawn to the challenges that come with custom cabinetry and precise woodwork.

A man of faith, Steve lives in Olive Branch, MS, with his wife. Together, they’ve raised three children—two daughters and a son—who are now pursuing careers of their own.
