After retiring from a 31-year career in law enforcement, Steve brought his lifelong love of working with his hands to 323 Woodwork. That passion was instilled early, building projects alongside his father. With a family full of engineers and problem-solvers, Steve is naturally drawn to the challenges that come with custom cabinetry and precise woodwork.

A man of faith, Steve lives in Olive Branch, MS, with his wife. Together, they’ve raised three children—two daughters and a son—who are now pursuing careers of their own.
