Charles started 323 Woodwork in 2010 after working for numerous years in the carpentry profession. His goal is to always provide “Fine Cabinetry and Fitting for decerning clients who value experience, quality, and craftmanship” and “to do this as unto the Lord”, Col 3:23.
His keen attention to detail in his designs provides clients with possibilities most had not envisioned, transforming their spaces with custom cabinetry which blends functionality with timeless craftsmanship. This insight ensures every project reflects both the client’s vision and the highest standards of quality.

After retiring from a career in law enforcement, Steve brought his lifelong love of working with his hands to 323 Woodwork. This passion was instilled early in his life while working on projects alongside his father. With an extended family full of engineers and problem-solvers, Steve is naturally drawn to the challenges that come with custom cabinetry and precise woodwork.
A man of faith, Steve lives in Olive Branch, MS, with his wife. Together, they’ve raised three children—two daughters and a son—who are now pursuing careers of their own.
